Introduction
CueCapture is a desktop widget application that brings your Notion tasks to your fingertips. Instead of constantly switching between apps or browser tabs, CueCapture floats on your desktop, giving you instant access to view, create, and manage your tasks.
What is CueCapture?

It’s designed for people who use Notion for task management but want faster access to their tasks without leaving their current workflow.

CueCapture reads and writes directly to your Notion databases. Your tasks stay in Notion - we just make them easier to access.

Key Features

How it Works
Section titled “How it Works”- Install CueCapture on your Windows or macOS computer
- Connect your Notion workspace with an API key (we’ll guide you through it)
- Link your tasks database - any Notion database with tasks works
- Start using the widget - it floats on your desktop, ready when you need it
Your Notion data stays in Notion. CueCapture simply reads from and writes to your existing databases. If you ever stop using CueCapture, all your tasks remain in Notion exactly where they were.
