  1. Choose your plan at cuecapture.io/pricing
  2. Complete checkout through our secure payment provider
  3. Sign in to CueCapture with your account
  4. Enable features in Settings → Cloud Sync

Can I try before I buy?

The free version has all core features. Try CueCapture free, then upgrade if you want cloud sync or want to support development.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel your subscription anytime. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and select local payment methods through Polar.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. 14-day refund for subscriptions, 30-day refund for lifetime licenses. No questions asked.

Will my settings be lost if I cancel?

Local settings are never affected. Cloud-synced settings remain for 30 days after cancellation.

Do you offer team plans?

Not currently. Each user needs their own subscription. Contact us for volume discounts.
